I happened across this product and found rocks glasses that I knew my hubby would love. They turned out beautifully but with one tiny imperfection on the rim of one glass. I informed A Gift Personalized immediately and they asked for some quick pics. They were wonderful to work with and a replacement glass was here in no time! I strongly recommend this company and their products. Hubby was really impressed to have personalized whisky glasses and is proud to serve our friends a drink in "his" glasses.
