The items I ordered were very nice and well made. My orders delivery was delayed several weeks beyond initially promised with no communication to notify me of this. I emailed several times before I received a response saying the order was delayed and would be shipped within the week. I finally received my order about 3 weeks after the emailed response. However , I have ordered from this company before and have not ever had issues receiving my items in a timely manor.
