I would've given 5 stars but, i ordered a Christmas gift that arrived broken, obviously not the companies fault, however, i have been trying to contact customer service for over a week to get a replacement with ZERO luck. Ive tried to email, live chat, and call. i know this time of year may be busier for them but i would really like to get my issue resolved asap considering this was a gift.
