After taking out a policy with A-plan and reading through the proposal that I was sent I rang to query a few points.
I was then informed that the policy didn't actually cover half the things I'd originally requested.
After a reasonably lengthy telephone conversation I was told that I would then be sent an amended proposal, a covering letter detailing what had been agreed with the underwritter and a copy of our telephone conversations .
This was over a fortnight ago and I have still received nothing to date.
Not a very confidence inspiring experience so far.
