I requested quotes for renewing both my House Insurance and my Car Insurance.
The counter staff were very helpful and whilst I accepted the Home Insurance quote, I decided to renew my Car insurance with my previous provider as there was very little difference in the overall price and T& C's
Whilst I had informed A-Plan of my decision on the Car Insurance, it would appear that this decision did not get recorded within the A-Plan System as I received several phone calls chasing up my decision
