The team at the office were very helpful. I was offered a drink, they explained the process, they explained what the various elements of my existing home insurance was all about so I could look into a like for like policy that would match what we had previously, they explained any differences and what all the options were.
More to the point, they saved us over ONE HUNDRED POUNDS for exactly the same cover with a major player in the market (not some tiny company I had never heard of!).
