It was vey good to have a face-toface conversation with a human being (and a very pleasant one, at that!) rather than a computer screen or even the telephone. The staff member careffully took all the necessary details and at the conclusion was able to offer me slightly wider cover, but at a lower cost, and all was completed there and then to my complete satisfaction. I would certainl use them again, and recommend their services to others.
