I was offered a 10% discount if I introduced another customer and for that reason my mother in law insured her home contents with you. I was unable to insure my home and contents with you as I was mid term with another insurer and would have had to pay a cancellation fee but was assured that when I was able to take out the said insurance with you I would receive a 10% discount. I have now taken out home and contents insurance with you, I mentioned the discount but was refused.....
