Technically I've renewed 3 and added a 4th policy. Only because prices were near enough as good as was available for reliable insurers. ALL your offices should deal with Travel Insurance, even if one is passed through to a remote office where the expersise lies. Being told that "you have to contact Fareham" (or where ever) is not the cleverest way to manage an enquiry these days. And when I changed my car in June just, 6 weeks before old policy ended, it was DAFT that there might have been an admin fee which I could avoid bycancelling, getting a refund then starting new policy. Are we still in the dark ages?
