This was the first time that I have dealt with A-Plan. What a refreshing change from the script orientated call-centres that I was used too. My requirements were dealt with professionally and promptly. The added bonus was that the cover they sourced was cheaper and offered more benefits than the competition, Extremely pleased and surprised.
