I was extremely satisfied with the customer care I received in the office from friendly and helpful advisors. Also I think it is a bonus to actually have an office one can actually visit and talk to advisors as opposed to over the phone.
I have to say though that I still haven't received my Marks and Spenser voucher that was part of my deal set up 6 weeks ago, but I am confident that when I go in to tell them they will sort this problem out for me as efficiently as possible.
