Talking directly to a person rather than keying endless data into a computer screen that then loses your input so you have to go back to the beginning and start again. For me, that was a major plus. Whilst they were unable to better my existing motor insurance quote, they met their promise to match it. The personal service I received was good enough to convince me to change insurers. I will certainly consult them when my next set of insurance policies comes up for renewal.
