I have had dealings on two seperate occasions and both times spoke to Andy. House insurance and car insurance.
On both occasions he was helpful, polite and extremely informative. Was made to feel a special customer but the best bit was that there was no hard sell.
Also called in at the office in Whiteladies Road. Well laid out. Staff dressed and groomed very well. The place " looks the part."

Oh yes. I did take up both options and got a better deal than my current ones I had running.
