Service was very good, except as the BMW Car Club member's recommended insurer, you seemed puzzled at first by my request to insure my 2005 BMW M3 on a limited mileage agreed value policy. In fact it took some time for you to find a company to undertake an agreed value cover for the car. Peter James Insurance had already given me a quote with no concern, (they cover two other classic cars I own on typical agreed value schemes), so you can imagine my surprise at your initial response. We got there in the end though, but with good example BMW M3 values increasing all the time, surely I cannot be the first customer to request such insurance? Kindest regards Dennis Wharf
