The experience obtaining the quotation was fine, and although not the cheapest I decided to sign up as you had been recommended by my wife.
After a week I received a standard letter saying the policy would be stopped as I hadn't provided my proof of no claims. The letter was blunt and not customer friendly. I had not previously been asked to provide the no claims proof! I sent the information immediately. I then received another letter stating that you had been trying to contact me. I had one voice mail message which I returned within 10 minutes at 4.57pm. The phone wasn't answered. I had to phone 3 times the next day before I could talk to somebody, and I never got to talk to the person who sent the letter, she was apparently too busy! Although not too busy to send a poorly worded standard letter after one attempt at contacting me!!
The vouchers promised have not arrived!! Based on the service received so far I will not be renewing my policy with you next year. Overall it's been a poor experience. I am very disappointed, I expected a friendly local personal service, it's been far from that regrettably. Michael Salter
