I was very stressed when i rang to buy insurance however the lady i spoke with was extemly helpfull and very kind and very comforting which gave me alot of reasurance and confidence she understood my circumstances and reassurred me she could help which she did i am very happy and will recomend to family and friends everyone i have spoken with since have also been very kind well spoken great telephne skills thank you to a business i will look forward to being with ????
