I have recently changed over to Aplan after 8 years with the online insurer Swiftcover mainly due to their lack of a personable service their premium increased annually despite not changing my vehicle , terms or any claims, when challenged they replied "write in" that alone caused me the changeover immediately. I am very happy with Aplan your office team were fantastic and apart from finding me a better deal they were personable , polite and friendly exercising a high degree of professionalism and care - the face to face contact of an office sets you above all of your competitors without question.
