The Branch Manager Chris Beane (shrewsbury branch) was very helpful, thorough and very pleasant to deal with, not just in helping with changing my car insurance from ESure to APlan but also in offering advice with regard to upcoming buildings insurance and offering to act as a go between for my other insurance dealings.
This level of service has been excellent.
