Contacts very willing and helpful, both over the phone and face to face. I rated your service good rather than very good simply because some of the detail taken over the phone was not correctly reflected in the policy documents and it required a visit to the office to iron out the data.
All other aspects to policies were as described and provided appropriate cover.
