Really impressed with both the level of responsiveness and level of knowledge by A-Plan staff. The only disappointing thing is that I have had to chase up the £25 referral 'reward' that was promised to the person who recommended me (an existing A-Plan customer). To date he still has not received this. Other than this I would certainly recommend their services.
