The advisors I spoke to were all professional and helpful and it was easy to get through on the phone. My only negative comment is that I specifically requested a policy that provided cover for off-road driving but when the policy documents arrived they showed that off-road driving was specifically excluded. When I discussed this with the A-Plan advisor, he confirmed verbally that the policy covered off-road driving but did not provide third party cover for this activity. Although he assured me that the conversation was recorded, I do not feel confident that I am covered unless I have this information in writing.
