Very satisfied with the employees I spoke with and both very helpful. Also very happy with the products. I was disappointed, however, that you do not have a policy for the whole company irrespective of where it is centred and that if you recommend someone it has to be with the same town office. A friend recommended me to use your service but I now suspect that because she uses the Alton office she will not be entitled to any discount because I contacted the Farnborough office which is more convenient for me. I was not aware of this information at the beginning of the process and I feel disappointed that she cannot be reward for helping Your company as she has obviously been a very loyal member for some time!
