Very helpful operator who called me back. No hard sell at all and I knew (with the internet we can check these things) that I was being told the truth. No spiel. I've been with A Plan for many years now and appreciate the goodwill gestures that I sometimes get, such as half price legal cover - the more so as I have NEVER used it. Or, indeed, crashed at all. Perhaps there will be something in June to celebrate my continued safe driving. Love the personal touches. Love the English (Hampshire, isn't it) call centres. Operators are brilliant.
