Certain minor points frustrating: - having emailed documents as part of the initial telephone call I was told I did not need to bring anything further into the A-Plan office when I went in to go through the formal quote process, but when I got there I was asked for additional details for which I had to make a special journey. - I was promised vouchers as part of a recommendations incentive - I had to chase these. - when the vouchers came, enclosed were several business cards of a member of the team I had not met or spoken to. Nothing major but in a competitive market place the small things can make all the difference.
