A very bespoke customer experience with active involvement from the branch manager. I had some circumstances wheich meant renewing my car insurance was potentially more difficult than normal but following a leaflet drop I spoke to A-Plan and explained my situation and they then spoke to individual insurers directly about my situation and managed to get insurance and breakdown cover cheaper than I would have been able to find myself going through my normal insurer or doing online quotes. All follow up and correspondence was dealt with efficiently and accurately.
