We approached A-Plan for the first time to gain quotes for house and car insurance.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and finally producing very good favourable quotes.
We accepted the house insurance, but as the car insurance was due a little later, we missed the transition date due to being away on hols. But will switch next year.
