Made a phone to enquire about insurance for my car, found the man I spoke to very helpful. Also it is good to be able to walk into the office in Chester and deal with a very helpful human being instead of an automated voice telling me to press certain buttons.
A photo copy of my no claims was taken, so no having to post things off. And Marks and Spencer vouchers arrived as promised without me having to chase them up. An excellent all round experience, well done to the staff in the Chester office.
