I have used A-Plan for my car insurance for about 15 years. I like to be able to go to a local office and speak directly to people. I know that I can contact them when I need them. I always find the staff helpful, taking the trouble to discuss options and answer any questions I have. I also find the quotes given, whilst not always quite the cheapest, are good compared with other brokers, even those using an on-line service
I feel confidence in dealing with A-Plan.
