After the policy being in force for almost 7 weeks . I am still waiting for my £50 in marks and spencers vouchers for becoming a new customer, after two phone calls to the Farnborough office and promises to call me back on this matter which has never happened I feel your customer service is letting you down.
Hope this matter can be resolved soon and perhaps someone would please get back to me and let me know why there is still a delay.
