I had a phone call on Thursday morning my husband took the call as i was out and the lady
who phoned told him i had not sent in my no claims bonus to you and my insurance would be void. I had already sent it to you with the declaration of my car insurance in the same
envelope so somebody has lost it. I did phone back and spoke this time to a man and he phoned up my old insurance company and got it sorted. Was not very happy.
