I first contacted A Plan by telephone after a mail shot.
Their representative took ownership of my needs and did everything he said in would in the agreed timescales and came up with a very competitive deal with which I was happy. As a result I am now a new and satisfied customer. I bought car insurance and will be contacting them soon when my home insurance comes up for renewal.
