I was a walk-in customer in Salisbury. Very friendly, helpful and efficient service from those manning the desks. Having just returned to UK after many years abroad, I was perhaps a more complicated customer than the average. I was extremely pleased with the knowledgeable staff and their speed in getting my insurance up and running.
