Called me within a couple of hours after my initial e-mail enquiry. Very helpful lady on the telephone, took my details and called back with quotation which was considerably cheaper than my existing insurer! She went through all the options on the policy, maybe at times a bit too quickly, but overall much better service that the company I had been using who never bothered to call me back after 3 times of asking!!
