(AMENDED) Have used A-Plan in the past and always found them to be friendly, efficient and able to seek out and advice on the best plan, even though it may not be the cheapest. I have found the staff to be readily accommodating. Dean is the broker I usually deal with. (AMENDED. Please disregard previous survey)
