It's good to have someone, who should be a professional in this field, to don't he research xnd find the most suitable policies. It should ensure also that all relevant questions are answered leading to more accurate information being provided to the insurer. However, having paid by debit card over the phone I would have expected at the very least to have received some acknowledgement of my payment. Had I not requested hard copies of the recommended policy upfront I would have absolutely nothing in writing to which to refer should the need arise. I find this suprising and not at all reassuring.
