What started out as a straight forward set up turned into a Miriad of stupid questions. ' have you ever driven a car this size before etc.
Also I could never speak to the same person twice. It felt totally impersonal without the agent really knowing there subject and the type of client they were dealing with. Just reading from a crib sheet.
