I found my previous insure difficult to deal with when doing the agreed value part of my policy. When dealing with A-Plan, they listened to all my needs and matched these to a policy for me. I submitted my photographs for the my agreed value and it was approved the next day, there was no drama about it. The premium was a little more expensive than my previous insurer's renewal quote, but price is not everything where I am concerned. I prefer to know I have adequate cover for my classic vehicle.
