I appreciated the patience of the person that dealt with my application for building and contents insurance.He helped me to compare my existing policy to A plans ,which proved to be better and slightly cheaper èvèn though l had to pay 25 pounds to cancel my existing policy.So well worthwhile the time spent,also if l do have to make a claim l know little will be able to contact a real person and not a person.
