Everything was simple and the guys at A-plan were happy to talk and explain different aspects of our cover. But what was really important was I actually got to speak to a person and not someone sounding like they were just reading a script.
I'm only holding off on the 5th star, as I'm reserving that because the real proof in the pudding would be how well the guys help me deal with a claim. Of course, though that's a star I hope I never have reason to award.
