I was dealt with by Mr.Michael Brown, who carried out the interview in a courteous and professional manner. My enquiry was for a new motor insurance policy, and he introduced me to a policy which adequately fulfilled my requirement, and at a competitive cost. We also discussed my needs with regard to my "house and contents" insurance, which is due for renewal in May 2017. We arranged to have further discussions nearer the expiry time of this policy. I was more than happy with the whole 'A' plan experience.
