Look, both members of staff I have spoken to have been exemplary.
Nobody , however, mentioned that you are paperless so I waited for weeks for a cover-note that wasn't going to arrive.
Personally I would prefer an attachment to an e-mail rather than mention of a vault I can't access.
Your price however was excellent in the present climate.
