the assistant rang me back three months after my current house insurance ended, she was polite and very amenable,really pleasing to deal with her,the policy offer was the same as she quoted. A-Plan now have my car insurance, house insurance and loan agreement for a car. Really pleased with this company they have got their act together, cant see any reason to go else where else
