The whole family has been dealing with you for many years and the only reason you have not got a 'Very Good' as usual is because I was persuaded by my husband to take out car insurance with you and promised TWO £25 M&S vouchers from you for doing so, one for me and one for my husband. One arrived for me and when renewing the house insurance he was promised one would be sent, which never arrived. Your advertising clearly says BOTH people introducing a new client will be given a voucher! I look forward to hearing from you.
