I opened a new policy at the Dunstable branch and was asked if the new trainee Dan, could deal with this. I agreed, he was assisted and both dealt with this very well. I also had to send pictures of my car and later change the registration number, this was also dealt with very well by Elle. I shall recommend "A" Plan to anyone. Thank you all Alan Roff
