I started a policy and at around day 21 I received a call to say that they were going to have to increase my premium as I was involved in a non fault accident 4 and a half years ago which I had not declared. The increase was excessive so I cancelled my policy the next day after being informed that i would only have to pay for the days I have had the policy (pro rata) plus a £10 admin fee. It took nearly 2 weeks to get my money back and it is £65 short which I have chased up now twice and they say they are looking into it. How long does this take!
