I give it a 4 star instead of 5 because I would have to pay for a fee (100+gbp I believe) in case there is a claim in the future, and to avoid that fee I would have to pay a fee (35+/- gbp if remember correctly) upfront. I don't think such a fee should exist in the first place since I haven't already paid for the insurance. Other than this, communication with the agent was great. They are client-friendly and professional.
