The lady who looked after me re. my car insurance was delightful and went to a lot of trouble to accommodate my deafness by moving me to a quite corner. Sadly the quote she offered was higher than the one I was offered for the forthcoming year by present insurers but the assistant was so sweet and I'm a silly old lady and went with the higher quote on this occasion. Just shows in this instance it pays to be nice.
