My policy covered what I needed. The member of staff was polite and listened and was very clear. Also answered questions accordingly. Also good that if anything happens I can just call them and everything gets sorted by them. Was impressed with the service that I’d already recommended to a member of family. Also liked the fact that you could deal with via the phone or face to face.
