I've always been impressed by the service which I've received from A-Plan. The staff have, on all occasions, been polite and helpful and prepared to share my sense of humour. Humour seems to be somewhat lacking these days and it's such an important means of relating positively to others. I have house, contents and car insured with A-Plan.
