I had to make a claim and phoned just after the offices closed on a Saturday, an Advisor returned my call at 8.30 am on the Monday morning and took all the details. During this claim I experienced excellent customer service from A-Plan Insurance, Their professionalism alleviated what could have been a stressful situation for myself. I would highly recommend A-Plan Insurance.
